• Degreasing in a heated bath
• Chlorhydric pickling (zinc free) to remove oxides.
• Rinsing to avoid fluxing contamination.
• Fluxing in a heated bath in order to avoid re-oxidation of the steel bared between the pickling stage and the zinc bath.
• Drying: CreatorProfilafroid+Sap
• Hot-dip galvanization in a zinc bath at 450°C.
The various profiles created for each particular function meet the adaptability requirements for short vine, high vine or for sloping grounds exposed
to the winds. Catches and notches optimize their use, from case to case. PROFIVI also offers two end posts specially designed to avoid their twisting.
